Condo sales for St. Albert in March was 23 (down 1 sale from last month). The Highest sale price was $785,000 and the Lowest was $100,000. The average sale price was $304,100 and the Median price was $261,000 with an average days on market of 53 days (down from 66 last month). The current number of listings on the market as of May 3, 2017 is 113.
The number of sales for Morinville detached single family homes for March was 17 (up from 14 last month). The Highest sale price was $510,000 and the Lowest was $248,500. The average sale price was $366,870 and the Median price was $362,000 with an average days on market of 89 days. The current number of listings on the market as of May 3, 2017 is 79.
Condo sales for Morinville in March was 4 sales (from 0 last month). The Highest sale price was $385,000 and the Lowest was $197,000. The average sale price was $264,250 and the Median price was $237,500 with an average days on market of 98 days. The current number of listings on the market as of May 3, 2017 is 31.
These stats show a little bit of a pick up in the market with the days on market decreasing month over month and average and median prices increase in several categories. We are also seeing an increase in properties coming on the market and an increase in sales volume typical for this time of the year.
